After you send your request, a member of our team contacts you within one business day to confirm the scope, answer questions, and schedule a free in-home consultation across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We work around your schedule, including evening and Saturday appointments.
2. Free on-site consultation and slab selection
We visit the property to take precise measurements, evaluate the substrate, and review your design references. For marble and natural stone projects, we drive you to our supplier showrooms so you can hand-pick the exact slabs that will go into your home — book-matched veining, color, and finish approved before any cutting begins.
3. Detailed written estimate
You receive a line-item quote covering materials, labor, demolition, substrate prep, waterproofing, and finishing. No surprise add-ons mid-project. We explain payment milestones — typically a deposit at signing, a progress payment when materials are delivered, and final payment on completion. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards.
4. Installation by our in-house crew
AP Stone does not subcontract. The same craftsmen who measured your space install it — laser-leveled, with zero-lippage tolerances on large-format slabs, and a final walkthrough where we sign off only when you are satisfied. Every project carries a written workmanship warranty.
